Frequently Asked Questions
What material are the bristles made from and are they firm enough to clean between the paw pads?+
The bristles are made from soft rubber silicone. They are flexible enough to reach into the crevices between paw pads to dislodge dirt and debris without scratching your dog's skin. The silicone construction means the bristles return to shape after each use.
Does this paw cleaner come in sizes for different paw widths?+
Yes. The SoftClean is available in multiple sizes as well as multiple colors to match the size of your dog's paw. Choosing the right size ensures the bristles make full contact with the paw rather than only cleaning the outer edges.
Is this reusable or a disposable product?+
It is reusable. Pup R Us built this cleaner with longevity in mind — the silicone construction is described as made to stay with you for years. After each use, rinse out the cup and bristle chamber to remove collected dirt before the next walk.
